Welcome to our website which focuses on the practice of supervision for those in clinical psychology, executive and life coaching. In our Knowledge Vault we freely offer a wide range of training material, operating models and articles that I have either produced myself or identified as important assets to delivering successful supervision. I have a heavily subscribed supervision practise which means I am engaged on a daily basis in delivering what I teach!

Michael as Speaker
Michael is an applied psychologist. What this means is that he believes in helping people with models that change behaviour. He sees theory and models as helpful in so far as they can be applied to life and work. As a guest speaker, he focuses on how people learn and change, what blocks their learning and what facilitates it.
