Executive and Organisational Coaching |
|
Executive coaches, mentors and coaching supervisors - this includes coaches in public and private sector organisations, managers who coach, internal and external mentors, independent coaches, coaching firms, coaching associations and training organisations.
The better you can learn the better you can coach ! - sums up my approach, so I spend lots of my time in front of professionals engaging them in the framework and process models that support the vital relationships at the heart of all effective coaching. The feedback is good. They enjoy it - and I enjoy them enjoying it - and we all learn from our collective experiences. I work at three levels :- Helping professionals acquire the coaching ethos and skill sets through interactive courses which translate existing knowledge and ability into models of ethical coaching practice. Enhancing coaching performance by challenging practising coaches with new frameworks (like our 4 Level Model) that re-energise the client/coach relationship to reach new frontiers. Championing best practice with supervision, bringing clarity to the roles of the supervisor and supervisee to ensure maximum benefit for coach and client is achieved. And likewise for the other important stakeholders in the coaching process. |
