Executive Coaching is a great way to learn, providing it is supported by enlightened supervision. Supervision provides the framework and process that can ensure the coaching concept is delivered consistently and ethically - and therefore effectively. It is at the heart of all my work in the coaching arena whether helping qualified counsellors add coaching to their portfolio or elevating experienced coaches to become supervisors.
-
helping professionals acquire the coaching ethos and skill sets
